Bio

Hi my name is Kacey and growing up I loved the freedom of the outdoors! Freedom to play, imagine, create, move, explore, build, dig, roll, run, bike, swim... you get the picture. I discovered through all the unstructured play to listen to my instincts and to begin the long, windy, never-ending road to trusting my intuition and inner guidance. It's through that relationship with my own intuition that I'm able to support pregnant women at a time when intuition is most available to them.

Pregnancy for me was an amazing journey of listening to my body's needs. For months during one pregnancy all I wanted to eat was baclava : ) and I had not choice but to listen and comply. My inner voice was so loud and clear - it was undeniable. I believe all women are highly intuitive, but sometimes it takes a tribe of other women saying "yes that's it - go with that feeling, give yourself a moment to explore and be curious - see where it takes you."

I'm a mother of 3 kiddos, who is drawn to family and community work; I love simplicity and nature and I believe wholly in the wisdom of the body. I'm a decade-long early childhood Waldorf teacher, a small business owner of herbal supplements and topical herbal massage oils. And most importantly, I'm a doula and I look forward to working with you!
